I was a initially a bit curious by the mixed reviews on this. I purchased the smaller of the 2 products listed - the smaller spots. After trying for about 3 days I'm left with a red patch around my navel and no other benefits seen. Disappointed. I have realised that the positive comments may be related to the product displayed next to it - a brown patch that is slightly larger. However I'm not going to risk it

Not sure it works but only on my first packet as they say best to take 2 packs for best results

These are a waste of money, they don’t do anything at all. They are dry when you take them off, I’ve used different ones in the past which are left really sticky so at least maybe they do something but these are not at all they are bone dry and have left me with a really bad rash all around my navel. Defo not recommended

Sorry had to throw them away, they brought me out in a rash. Worrying.

Please don't buy these... they actually took my skin off after a few hours and I have never had a reaction to a plaster in my life. There is a nasty antiseptic smell to them too. Not sure if it's related but I had a headache for 4 days after. Would not recommend unfortunately

Tried for a good few weeks and these are definitely rubbish, do not work in anyway. Save your money and don’t buy this item.

I had high hopes from reading the reviews but I have not noticed any difference at all. They are easy to apply and seem to stay on and they are also easy to remove.Shame they just have not worked for me. I will use the rest of the box but I def won't buy again.
