So this is the perfect location for the phone to be and it fits perfectly in that little nook. Pretty awesome how well its molded. The magnet by itself did not stick, but I have a case on my phone and I just stuck the round magnet in the case and it works great! I have apple carplay and now I'm not even sure I want to use it. 10/10 would recommend for every CX-5 owner.

Fits just as it started. Hit it from a recommendation of someone who had one. If you have one of this attachments like a kick stand in the back of your phone case it won’t sit well. I remove mine from the case so I could use it. It’s worth the value for the money. I thought it would block the air vent from the pic but it swivels. It snaps on and fits like a glove. No adhesives required. It looks just as the picture and looks like an accessory that came with the vehicle. Got it for a 2021 Mazda cx5..

Great snug fit onto your hazard light area on a CX-5 (I have a 2020 Sport). The part that holds the phone and connects to the hazard light mount can and will loosen slightly and will cause the phone to slowly lower due to the weight of the phone not being supported by the loosened part. It's slight but is annoying. Otherwise a solid 4 stars.

Likes: easy to install out of the box. It doesn't impede the flasher buttons. It securely holds my phone in place.Dislikes: on cold days it seems a bit sluggish when activated.I almost returned this item when I first received it. Maybe I wasnt paying attention but I didn't know it was battery operated and had to be charged before use. Once I got over that I fell in love with it. I've had it almost a month and I've only charged it once. It does come with a USB cord for charging. I highly recommend this product.Fyi, it's made to fit the mazda cx5 .

I was really hoping for a great experience with this one but the magnet strength is simply weak. I have another magnet type that fits in my vent in another vehicle that blows this one away with the strength and that’s without adding any piece of metal that this kit comes with. The design of how it fits between the vents is the best I’ve ever seen and I’m very happy with that part of it but if the magnet doesn’t hold the phone then what’s the point. They give you two pieces of metal you can tape to the back of your phone or inside the case but it’s not enough and before you blame my case just remember it works great with my other magnet holder without having to add another piece of metal. The other downside is now my phone won’t charge on my charging stand so now I have to plug my phone in to charge it. All because of the addition of the metal plate inside my case. I should have gotten the clip kind but the magnet type looked so clean when the phone is not being held. I already threw away the packaging so I guess returning is not an option. I was so hoping that this would work because the design of how it fits on the car is the best I’ve seen but then they totally cheap out in the magnet strength. If not for my phone dropping while driving then this would have been a five star review.

Fits my 23 CX5 no problem. I had gotten a small one that went on the dash but it didn’t hold up well.Decided to go with this one and the magnet sticks well to my iPhone case (pelican case) and holds the weight well. It’s out of the way and perfect where it is.Definitely recommend this version over the clips that go around the phone.

It fits perfectly and installation is easy. But the 2 side arms does not fit snuggly on my Samsung S20 FE with case. I need to push it in to make sure they are gripped properly, a little thought like making these side arms adjustable will be good otherwise a good product.Adding comment 0n 10/27/2023Have been using this for a year , the cushion inside the side grip has come out and seems to be scratching my phone surface also I have changed my device to S23 Ultra with case and this does not fit. I am looking to buy another one that can fit thicker phones

The holder that fit the Mazda Cx5 panel was not included, only a small pin that goes in the vent.The holder itself was super weak, there is no way it can hold a phone horisontly.

Dies ist die beste Handy-Halterung die ich je hatte. Ich fahre einen Mazda CX5, 2022. Der Einbau war kinderleicht und innerhalb Sekunden getätigt. Ich kann nur sagen, passt wie angegossen. Bedienung der Lüftungsgitter, Stellräder und des Warnblinkers einwandfrei.Als Handy nutze ich das Oneplus 9Pro. Der Magnethalter hält dieses Handy, ob Hochkant oder Querformat, richtig gut.Dies lässt jedoch nicht darüber hinweg täuschen, das diese Halterung im Vergleich zu Material und Kosten doch etwas überteuert ist. Schade.Trotzdem Empfehlung.

It fits on quite easily and has been working well for the past year.Honestly worth the money, and very satisfied with this purchase.
