Great PC Upgrade
I recently purchased the Dell OptiPlex 3070 SFF Small Form Factor Desktop with an Intel Core i7-9700 processor, and I’m beyond pleased with the performance and quality. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: Performance: The Intel Core i7-9700 8-core processor, with speeds up to 4.70GHz, delivers impressive power. I use the desktop for a variety of tasks including office work, web browsing, and light photo/video editing. It handles multitasking effortlessly, and I haven’t experienced any lag even when running several programs simultaneously. The 32GB DDR4 RAM ensures smooth operation, and I can easily switch between tabs and apps without a hitch. Storage & Speed: The 1TB SSD is a significant upgrade compared to traditional hard drives. It boots up quickly, and file transfers are fast and responsive. The large storage capacity is perfect for storing all my files, media, and documents without worrying about running out of space. The SSD has made a huge difference in both the overall speed of the desktop and in the responsiveness of apps and games. Design & Build: Being a Small Form Factor (SFF) design, this desktop is compact and fits easily on my desk. The build quality feels solid and premium. It doesn’t take up much space, but still manages to offer great performance. The front panel is neat, and the overall aesthetic of the desktop is clean and professional, making it suitable for both home and office use. Graphics & Display: While this model comes with Intel UHD Graphics 630, I mostly use it for work and light gaming, so it’s more than enough for my needs. It’s not a gaming powerhouse, but it handles everyday tasks like web browsing, streaming, and office work with ease. If you’re a heavy gamer or do graphic-intensive work, you might need a dedicated GPU, but for most general users, the integrated graphics are perfectly fine. Connectivity & Features: The Dell OptiPlex 3070 comes with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and all the essential ports you need, including USB 3.0 and HDMI for easy connectivity. The presence of DVD burner is a nice touch, as it allows me to easily read and burn discs when needed, something that’s becoming rare in newer models but still useful for certain tasks. The Windows 10 Pro version comes pre-installed, and it has been stable and easy to use. Condition (Renewed): This unit is renewed, but it arrived in excellent condition. There are no visible signs of wear, and the desktop works just as expected for a brand-new machine. The refurbishment process seems to have been done well, and I didn’t encounter any issues upon boot-up or while using the machine. Overall Verdict: The Dell OptiPlex 3070 SFF Desktop is a fantastic option for anyone looking for a powerful, compact desktop. It provides excellent performance with the Intel i7 processor, 32GB RAM, and 1TB SSD at a reasonable price, especially considering that it's a renewed unit. I highly recommend this desktop for home or office use—it’s a solid choice for anyone who needs a reliable, fast machine.

An affordable way to upgrade to Windows 11.
This computer replaces a system I built many years ago that was too old to upgrade to Windows 11 practically. This purchase was an easy way to accomplish the upgrade. The case is in like-new condition, clean and unmarked. The system booted and set up without issue. The system is compact, fitting comfortably on the desk. It's flawlessly refurbished, running quickly and quietly. It comes with an excellent CPU and a generous amount of RAM. Overall, an excellent value.

Huge savings compared to new one with same memory & Capability.
Works great...Had a little problem getting a signal to the monitor but that may have been my confusion regarding which plug to use for the monitor. Considering the huge difference in price of a rebuilt to a new one, I think it is a bargain.

As advertised - works well
This computer is as advertised, which while not sounding exciting, is a great outcome. It's at 4 stars instead of 5 because it the replacement SSD isn't of a quality that I would want to rely on (I just removed it and replaced it with a larger Samsung EVO), and because it comes with parts that are unnecessary and just drive up cost: mouse, keyboard and USB wifi dongle. It was odd that it said this computer supported wifi, because it doesn't actually, but there was a dongle included (which works). But still, I would much prefer to just get the reconditioned computer. and not buy extra keyboards. In my view, the market for used/reconditioned computers is people that upgrade piecemeal and have parts. Also, there's only one 2.5" disk slot inside, and one cable, so putting in 2 2.5 SSDs doesn't work. The description didn't say you could, and Dell is clear, so that's not a complaint, just something to be aware of. Overall, if I had it to do over again, I'd get this again. It's running well and I'm happy with it.

Great little system
Even though the computers a few years old, it's great value for the money, runs Windows 11 great, no issues here. Definitely smaller than my old tower, takes up less space on my desk.

Dead on Arrival
Arrived and on boot up alarm sounded saying no hard drive detected. Pushed past that and then when it needed to connect to internet, it said no ethernet connection/driver available and prompt to isntall but no indication of what folder the driver is in. Called Dell tech support, after navigating the phone tree for 20 minutes rep said it was over 5 years old and out of warranty. My gut told me not to buy a Dell renewed becuase it could be a POS, it was and I returned it.

Like new, fast performer, i7-9700k, 32gb ram
Great deal on a nice performing PC. Had I not known it was refurbished I would have thought it was a new unit. All worked just as it should. I upgraded it right away to Win11 (free), after first installing all Win10 updates. It is a lengthy process of downloading, but after initiating it I just left the machine alone for a couple hours. The thing to look for in a refurb is not only the name of the processor, but the generation. Mine is an i7-9700k. That is a 9th generation. Many sellers are advertising i7 desktops for less, but they are earlier generations. Thus slower performance and some will not be compatible with Win11. Also it came with 32gb ram, and a terabyte solid state drive. Included are a flimsy keyboard and mouse. Both good enough for setup, but this was for my wife, so I merely swapped in her wireless keyboard/mouse from her previous machine. To make it easy on myself, I copied all her documents and photos from her original machine onto a USB external drive, and expect that is where she will store all specific files in the future on this machine. This way we use the SSD as a "swap drive"containing only the OS, and the slower external for storage. Theoretically, next time we upgrade, I won't have to copy any files. Just plug and play. Delivery was fast.

Bad CPU Fan
The CPU fan was bad. This sound was loud and easily noticed when turning on the computer. It appears that the seller didn't checking the functionality of the computer before shipping. Fortunately, this is a cheap part to replace.
