Q: Is it possible to Remove the cord?

While I have had no reason to remove the cord thus far, it would appear to simply be a matter of fishing the cable out of the enclosure (which could require some disassembly) and then fishing the new cable through.

Q: My middle adjustment knob seems to do nothing and the stand wont stay bent. How do i fix this?

If you have very light microphone, may not fix some direction.

Q: what accessories, adapters, converters are needed to use this with the blue yeti, shock mount?

You can actually use it with a almost all kind of Micorphone holder
