Bought one cabin filter and engine air filter. The engine air filter does not fit at all. I have contacted the seller but it has been over a week and no response. Please contact me.

I didn’t feel much different.

The product is fine it just does not fit in a 2010 Lexus IS 250 as the website says it does. The 2 clips (closest to the passenger seat) does not latch on. The main clip that grasps the unit underneath latches on along with the one next to it.
