Work great and are comfortable with very little added weight. Helps secure my level IV plates snuggly in my Ferro Concepts Slickster. The grooves should help with airflow when wearing my kit in the heat this summer.

I bought these for use on my AC1 Large carrier with RMA 1155 plates. They fit perfectly and add the perfect amount of padding to keep the plates off of you. The outside material used is pretty lightweight but is a non-issue as it's not really subject to external wear. It slides in the pocket fairly easily and does an excellent job of snugging the plates in the carrier reducing any "slop" that might be present. I've only worn it for a few of hours outside and around the house to get a feel for it before fielding it, but it reduced the amount of sweating and it definitely reduced the irritation/tenderness around the plate edge to body contact area. I don't like the velcro strips on the plate side as I have no use for them and over time they will damage the plate labeling, of course that doesn't affect the intended performance. Overall, I think these will do nicely and probably hold up to years of use. These aren't military grade (which if you've severed, you know that's probably a good thing) but for the LARP and civi groups, I believe they'll do just fine.

It's an affordable foam padding but I did return it because it wasn't rigid. That was probably my fault for not reading though.

Fit my battlevest lite perfect. They're thick but not too much so. The gel is firm but comfy. The cut out feature seems to allow decent airflow.Your mileage may vary with what vest you have on how well these will attach. Simple fix is to get some heavy duty 3m velcro with the adhesive strips and cut some to size to help it attach.Waterbottle for reference with how thick they make your vest with 1 inch thick ceramic plates

Fits perfectly very comfortably and does work and keeping a little coolness between you and the best.

These made a big difference in terms of comfort in my carrier. Perfect fit, everything rides better now, more comfortable, etc....does what they say in my opinion. Worth the price so I bought a second set for my other carrier!

Perfectly fits my archangel PC and added some extra girth for a better fitment. No issues of shifting or coming off. Velcro is strong.

Fit perfect on my tacticon lite vest. Great option for the money.
