So far so good....bought this because I had a COOFUN mini PC that worked beyond my expectations for a couple of years now ....use it to run my Laser engraver and my Plasma cutting table .....bought this one to run a Shapeoko router table, 3d printer and vinyl cutter......software loaded and seems to run fine also loaded Free Cad and inkscape no problems so far....came with a perfect mount to attach directly to the 22" monitor I bought .....for the price I would say these things are hard to beat

Buying used: Well, this was kind of annoying. It was stuck in a boot loop. No big deal, Windows 11 installed fresh. The thing killed not one but two monitors in the process, I dont even want to know how. Monitors had to be unplugged and reset numerous times. 3rd monitor was the charm. Sat too long? Need to install fresh. Updates took forever... Opened the shroud up, surprise, coffee or soda on the mother board. In the name of saving money... Perhaps first time starting it up, put it on a standard monitor, the tiny 21:9s I tried did not play nice. The actual product, wow, very impressed with the little guy. After running Andrew-s-Taylor/debloat off of GitHub, the little machine is impressive. Plans are to have a mobile toy crammed in a case with a small KB and screen for noodling around in the wild. I think this thing was the best choice. Thermals are a concern, but I will be buying a little blower fan for it. It does play SOME video games (Minecraft standard settings, Valheim very low settings ran smooth), but that should not be your primary interest with this thing unless you're getting it for a kiddo. Office processing? Absolutely. Youtube and videos? Very much yes. Overall I am very impressed with the 8GB version and would recommend it. Just be prepared to do a little debloat to get it running the best it can. As for buying new, I hope you wont have to deal with what I did.

Was expecting the unit to come with windows 11. It does not. Came with Win10. This is not shown on the Amazon listing. So, if you are looking a Windows 11 computer Do Not Buy! However, if you are looking for a Windows 10 machine or willing to install Linux this is the computer for you! Solid machine for a mini. Not the fastest machine available, but for most people it will do more than they need. I know, I did install Linux Mint (22.3) to test the machine. It installed flawlessly with no issues. Unlike Chrome OS Flex which did install okay, but WIFI, Bluetooth, and sound did not work. Also, you can install a 2.5" SSD which I did. Can be done but tricky. The suppled adapter cable works but had to play with it to get it to plug into the SSD slot on the MB. Then had to twist it 180 degrees to get the other end to work with the SSD. Plus, getting the cover off the case was a real challenge as the instructions are Not clear on how to do it.

I have been using this mini-PC for 6 weeks and love it. I have it connected to display and powered by an Anker PowerExpand 9-in-1 dock (ASIN B095YKQBHM) which works flawlessly. I cannot speak to Windows function on this device. I immediately installed Linux Mint over it and that has also worked extremely well. Heat level in my use case has been very low as I only use this in an office setting. Connectivity has been adequate. Speed has been good.

UPDATE: Support reached out and facilitated getting me a replacement. They have been very easy to work with and trying to make sure I'm taken care of. I updated the review to 3 star based on my support experience. When I receive the replacement and verify operation I'll update this review again. ###### Product worked great for a few hours before it died. Now there's no activity - will not power on. Website is little use to try to get support. Beware buying this product

First of all the size is great. I got it for my husband who plays a game or two and surfs the net. It's simple and easy and the fact it just sits on the computer table easily is the plus.
