The media could not be loaded. See my review for how it functions. Installation was straightforward: four screws for each of the three brackets. We used anchors because our shade is quite heavy at 69 x 61“. Once the brackets were secured to the wall you simply slide the shade on, easy Peezy. The shades have about an inch of leeway so you can slide it from side to side to get it centered perfectly once on the brackets.Delivery was extremely quick, given that it came from China. After I ordered, I was contacted via email to confirm the details, so Customer Service is lovely. It was so nice to have an actual person (Kitty) to communicate with if anything went awry. Definitely a step above most ordering-from-China experiences. Seems like a professional business.

I'd upload pictures but it's kind of a pain in the butt and I'm on my computer. BUT, these are actually pretty awesome blinds. we have some weird size windows and they even sent us a text after ordering confirming the size. hardware is pretty rugged and the color of the blinds themselves is great. the valance at the top needed a little shifting to fit right but looks good now. we're actually going to order another set for a different room because we like them so much. for the price you can't go wrong. They're good enough that I actually wrote a review lol. COYW - Go Fulham!
