I bought this brush with the intention of speeding up the cleaning process in my pool. Traditionally, I've used a 5" brush that works well but takes a long time to scrub all the way around the pool. As expected, doubling the brush size has helped me save some time. The quality of the brush seem good. The weight is not much more than the 5" version so it's still easy to use and effective at being able to scrub the walls and floor of the pool. The design of the brush is exactly what I was looking for and does well for my needs. Time will tell on the durability but if similar to the 5" brush, then I will be satisfied.Overall, I'm satisfied with this brush.

I bought this brush to help remove mustard (yellow) algae from the walls of my pool. My nylon brush was not getting the job done. This wire brush fit my existing pole and did a good job of brushing the algae off the walls, so my shock treatments would kill it. This is a good brush.

Good price, used several times, did the job as intended. Removed yellow stains, works good on silica pool surface. We'll see how long it survives.

I had a nasty mustard algae bloom that I could not brush off the walls. I thought they were permanently stained. This was my last hope and it was amazing. The yellow immediately came off the walls. I threw in more chlorine than I ever had, waited overnight and had a sparkling clean pool in the morning for the first time in months. I've used it several time now as small areas pop up and haven't had a problem with bristles coming off.

I needed something better than my nylon bristle brush to get the walls of the pool clean of algae. At one time I had a small (4 inch) metal bristle brush but I couldn't find it. I saw this 10 inch stainless steel bristle brush on Amazon and it looked like just what I needed. I received it in two days and started in right away. It did everything I wanted and it was small enough that I could get more pressure on the wall surface (lbs.per sq. inch) than with the larger 18 inch versions and yet it was big enough to not reqiure hours to do the job.
