Pretty good so far a week in 2 x a day. I'm trying to lower my creatinine and better my BUN I'm not exactly sure if this helps but will know with blood work soon I've limited certain nutrition and changed some habits that may have caused it I feel like kidney cleanse has helped me lose water I needed to because of all the foam in my urine. I also feel my back aches are much less though it's on the surface. My cause was mostly likely to way much protein and hard workouts as well as years of whatever in foods or medicines. Hoping this as well changes really continue to help

I underestimated how much I really needed help with my kidneys. Over the last couple of years I completely overhauled my diet, but regardless of what I did I still looked puffy and could tell I was retaining water, not to mention the lower back pain I've experienced. Love this product! I have chronic UTIs and this is the only thing that keeps them away. I take it continuously, and have noticed I only will get a UTI when I stop taking it. Highly recommend!
