Chef Works Unisex Butcher Apron

I really like the blue aprons I ordered. For years I've made (cut and sewn) aprons and then purchased custom embroidery patterns to embellish them in a way that particularly suited the recipient. I went to this much trouble because I like a quality, generously cut, wash and wear apron with an adjustable neck strap. Mostly I liked the feel of heavy cotton twill. But finding the time to do all this has been difficult, and finding a good deal on suitable fabric has been become difficult too. So I ordered some of these poly/cotton ready made aprons, and I'm not disappointed. I plan to purchase another batch so that I can embroider them as Christmas gifts for co-workers.

This apron is just what I was looking for. Good quality, plain, effective at keeping the grill splatters off of my clothes.

I wanted an apron so that I could cook/bake without throwing my clothes into the laundry basket every time. I had no idea which to order. There's a lot of variety out there. There's a lot of variety right here on Amazon too! I went with this because of the price and the positive reviews. I have to say that I wholeheartedly agree with the consensus.I bought this in hunter green, as it was the cheapest option. I figured it's a very good buy, and I like the color...so why not. I'm glad I did. The color looks great, and the apron is very nice (especially considering the price). I was a bit apprehensive with the sizing. I'm a very big guy (6'5" tall, weigh more than I care to admit here). I worried this wouldn't work on me. While it's probably not the ideal fit for my body, it works. It goes down to my knees, so I'm happy with the length. It covers my midsection/chest, so I'm happy with the width. It could be a bit wider (for me) at the top of the chest, but I'm not complaining. My waist is too big for the tie to wrap around and be tied in the front. Not a big deal to tie it in the back though.Admittedly, I don't know what's all out there for aprons. There may be some that put this to shame. But for the price and quality this seems to be, I can't imagine you could do much better.

I prefer a heavy cotton apron for myself, but ordered these for my older grand kids. They are actually perfect for them. They are well made, plenty long, and being polyester should not stain. I put their names on the front and that really added a nice look. Worth the money.

Purchased as a "gift" for a high school reunion for "The Griller" who volunteered to cook the burgers and dogs and stuff...

This apron is great. The adjustable neck strap is wide enough to be comfortable and its easy to tie because the waist straps reach around to your stomach. The front pockets come in handy for seasonings and utensils. I even throw it in my bag when we are travelling when we have a kitchen in our unit.

The length and fit was great. With pockets to use in front while cooking frees up my hands and keeps surfaces clear. Highly recommend for anyone who is sick of getting their clothes dirty while preparing food. Easy to clean too.

I love the colour saturation of this apron. Good quality material, feels kind of waterproof. Good length and width for my size. Worth it!
