Great piece of equipment for stretching and strengthening those abs’. Just had it a few weeks, so hopefully it’ll last the rigours of time.My only quibble is the added knee pad, which I wish was an inch or two broader. Anyway, at least they added one. Overall, no complaints. Easily assembled and seems sturdy enough.

Sturdy and light, the knee mat included is pretty decent as well.Wide wheel means it doesn't skitter from side to side along the floor whilst you still manage to work your core.Worth the money.

Reasonably wide, which is nice for those that might try to use it on a carpet.Mat isn't very big but it's adequate.Very easy to assemble (no tools needed etc).Only used it once so far but generally seems to be as advertised.

Good quality at a good price not sure about the gimmick
Been using this for a while now and although it took a while to get the right technique down for each muscle group I can really feel the effects. Simple piece of kit that really works. Well built and well worth the price. The unique selling point (ginnick) of this wheel is it's wide surface to aid in stability but for most this is negledgible at best as I've used narrower wheels before and can't say I noticed any difference.
