When I want to find a product to help my Quality of Life, I do a specific way of testing. 1. I use it for three months to see if it will work. 2. After it is used up I then wait for three months. To see if the success I felt was just a placebo effect or a real life change. 3. If the success was a placebo effect. The success would quickly disappear. 4. If the success was real. It would take 1 to 3 weeks for the success to wear off. Prime High took a couple of weeks before I noticed a change. The most significant change was my bicep and calf muscles started cramping again, when going up and down stairs and washing my hair. This required me to increase my use of "Flexeril" for muscle cramps and spasms again. 2 weeks after I ran out of Prime High. The cramps came back. This told me that Prime High definitely works. For me anyway. This is a good product. It provided me with an increased "Quality of Life".

My husband loves this product. It took about 4 weeks to really work, but he's lost 20 pounds so far, and it off most of his diabetic meds

I am very skeptical with most supplements and I always try them before writing a review. I have only taken this for a week and half so far but since starting, my energy levels have sky rocketed, yet I have no side effects at all. I was a 2 sport division 1 athlete 30 years ago and despite being a very large person I still workout when my body allows me. I have now had 10 back surgeries as well as a few on other body parts so my workouts have been few and far between. Since using this supplement I have worked out everyday as well as tending my garden and doing other yard during the day. That said, every supplement affects everyone different. You have to try it and see if it is worth it for you. I have had other supplements rated very high that have done nothing for me but this one, for me, is well worth it.
