Q: What's the method using to extract these oils?

We use steam distillation and cold press method to extract essential oil from the plant. For example: Eucalyptus, Lavender, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Frankincense, Atlas Cedarwood, Copaiba Balsam, Spearmint, Turmeric, Cinnamon Leaf and Ylang Ylang use steam distillation. Sweet Orange, Lemon and Bergamot use Cold Pressed.

Q: are these oils usda certified organic?

If these oils were USDA certified organic the seller would have clearly stated so. That doesn't mean they aren't grown organically necessarily, it just means they haven't been certified by the USDA. Personally, I take "organic" labels with a grain of salt if not certified.

Q: Can these oils be ingested with proper dilution?

No. Even our product is therapeutic grade, we won't recommend our customer ingest it. We don't have a guide for the exact percentage of each oil should be dilute. Please understand that even one customer has some problems after ingesting our product, it would be a big problem for our business. And we will develop some ingest friendly product in the future. They will be sold after professional test.

Q: I don't see therapeutic grade on the bottle this gives me some worries as to the validity of it. how can i be sure?

I have been using these essential oils in my diffuser for a couple of months now and have been very satisfied. Each bottle is marked: "100% PURE THERAPEUTIC GRADE".
