Siempre es temerario comprar por internet. En fotos y videos un producto puede parecer increíble, pero la realidad es muy diferente. En este caso sucedió así. El producto resultó demasiado duro, rígido. Es difícil recostarse sobre él. Nada que ver con el video. Soy bajita y después de buscar acomodarlo en mi espalda no aguanté más que un par de minutos. Creo que antes de comprar estos artefactos es mejor consultar a un profesional de la salud. Y no dejarse llevar por la publicidad, mejor leer primero las reseñas.

Too much of height not comfortable to lie down.

First off, this is not a pillow in the traditional sense. I read through some reviews where people were giving this a single star because it was too firm to use for long periods of time. Whaaat? If you're familiar with a yoga block, this is made of a similar material; firm, with barely any give to it. Personally, I got this item because I was hoping to use it to assist me with my stretching routine. This is proving to be very useful for back stretches, especially if your posture is poor, or if you are dealing with tech neck. This seems to be well made, and the material feels durable, not spongey or too porous. Again, if you're looking for something to sleep with or use while watching an entire movie, this is not for you. Most recommendations tell you to use these for 5-10 minutes at a time, and for good reason. Glad I found this to help me in my exercise journey, and I highly recommend it.

Working on stretching my back and increasing flexibility to resolve some poor posture issues from sitting at work too much. This definitely revealed how tight I am as my shoulders do not reach the floor the way the image shows. But after use every day I am almost there. It’s a combination of increasing flexibility in certain muscles and strengthing core. It’s not easy but it actually feels good now and my husband has started using it too. It’s made well. Edit to update: it has been 1 month using every day and I can now reach the floor with my shoulders! This item is useful !

But for me it doesn’t do much. Still, everyone else who tried it cracks their back on it. It’s a little uncomfortable for me, but I guess that’s the point. Decent price and really cute though
