The C518 camera from Zosi exceeded my expectations. The image quality is its strongest feature. It also has a simple but reliable and effective UI. Initially the camera was able to link to Alexa but would not actually display an image on Alexa devices. However, I contacted customer service and through the efforts of Slina at Zosi was able to get a firmware upgrade that solved the problem and now the camera eorks flawlessly with Alexa. I was so happy with the was Slina got the problem resolved that I bought another C518 camera and when it also needed the firmware update, Slina again took care of it so I now have two cameras in operation with great images and easy access via Alexa (as well as through the Zosi Smart App).

Set up was trickier than expected. It kept not wanting to connect to the WiFi even when my WiFi said device registered. Outside of the original set up it’s been really easy to use and has a good clear picture. You can zoom in and pan from the app which is awesome.

This product dosnt work I tried for days. It says it connects to my internet. Then says failed. It dosnt work. They give no trouble shooting and dont answer emails. I tried to get it to work for a week without success. Buy zummiel instead.

Pros: Camera works great for keeping an eye on our pets and works as expected.Once you get the Camera configured in the app the app works wellCons: Set up of the camera using the app is a hot mess, little to no instructions. The little bit of instructions that they do provide do not work

I bought camera to watch my dogs and when I got it I set it up to my phone then wanted to set it up on wifes phone no real good instructions on that I did get it on her phone but took a few days of trail and error not even the way they said to do it . Then I tested the two way sound and in order for someone to hear you on the camera you need to be with-in a few inches to hear person on the phone and still not really able to tell what is being said . Tried to talk to dogs while away from house and in order for them to hear us we have to scream in phone ,I reported the issue with two way voice about a week ago and still not heard back from anyone as to what to do . I looked up a phone number for tech support called and the recording said to go to website for help or to call the same number I just called and AI hung up on me . All their tech support is to be done by emails and they take up to 24 hours to respond and some times over a week and counting .I do not recommend anyone buy a ZOSI camera

The media could not be loaded. I would normally expect a PTZ wifi camera for under $30 to be pretty junky but Zosi has never let me down so I tried it. I actually feel like the C518 has smoother operation that the more expensive cameras that came with my NVR. It was also super easy to set up on the app. I was told it would also work with my NVR but I couldn’t find directions to do this so I contacted tech support and they gave me easy directions. Slina was extremely helpful.I like this little camera and I’m getting ready to buy more of them.
