Q: Could somebody tell me which part of the description is accurate,the one that states it can accomodate a 76x42 cm mat, or the one that says 50x80 cms?

The space available to fit a changing mat is 76 x 46cm. Slightly larger changing mats will usually still fit as they are able to be compacted.

Q: Would this fit on top of an Eva sleigh cot bed? How much over hang would be left?

It is compatible with most cots and cot beds however without having the product to test against it isn't possible to give a definitive answer. After looking at dimensions, there would likely be a 7cm overhang (the distance from the end of the product to the first indentation) at the front and around a 15cm overhang at the back.
