Himalayan Pink Salt Lamp Basket with Cord & Bulb

I absolutely love this Himalayan salt rock light. There are many different size rocks inside the basket and there is a space underneath to put in a nightlight bulb. The light filtering through the rocks is relaxing and calming. Makes a perfect nightlight for any room.

I received this lamp as a birthday gift, off of my Amazon wishlist, from my Mom. I've always wanted one. They are so beautiful and I can tell you that they are DEFINITELY salt because I licked one and made my husband do it too LOLYou can tell that this company makes nice, quality products. You can adjust the brightness on the cord. Though, I like it at it's brightest, to be honest. I have had it on since I opened it and ,though it's only been a few days, I have heard so many good things about these lamps and I can't wait until I start feeling the benefits from it. For now, I love it's ambient orange glow. It's very comforting...I just wanted to add this.... About the packaging: The crystals and lamp itself could be a little more protected. Maybe with some bubble wrap? The salt crystals are sitting inside the lamp basket, just wrapped up in a plastic saran wrap to keep the rocks in place. This lamp is heavy and UPS never handles packages with care. My ex husband worked there. I know how they are lol but anyway... The crystals were sitting in the box, surrounded with just air bags but not all the way around..... Mine was not damaged. I just thought I would suggest a bit more protection for your other shipments.Overall, I am very pleased with this product. It is a nice addition to my home and I plan on buying more, for the rest of the rooms in my house, in the future!

I love this mesh basket with crystals. It looks beautiful, with the light on and off. The basket was a good size, bigger than similar items, and a good amount of crystal pieces too.The only negatives I can say is that the packaging could be better. The whole basket, with the crystal pieces inside, was put inside a bag to protect. However, the crystals jostled so much during transit that a number of the crystal pieces broke off into pieces, reducing the overall crystal rock content to be about 2 inches below the level of the basket top. Also, I wish the light switch was a dimmer switch, like what my salt lamp was.TIP: in case of issues with your item, upon delivery, call the phone number on the small sheet of white paper, with a red border, and I think the word "STOP...before you return...". I bought from FBA King, and the package included a small piece of paper with their phone number, in case you have a problem with your order. I called them about an issue with their light, and they were very responsive and quick to remedy the situation.

I love the ambience it creates and that I can control brightness with the dimmer switch. I've had this lamp for 4 days - it's been on continuously and no problems so far. I was surprised when I opened the package that there was a lot of salt residue scattered all over the place that I should have expected since it's made of salt - duh. I realize that I will have to take the rocks out of the wire container one by one in order to change the light bulb - I don't know if any problems will occur. Have no idea what kind of bulb I will be required to use. I have an idea that it's a night light bulb which would be great since they are so cheap. Guess I'll find out when I cross that bridge. I don't know if it has any effect on house smells, but I cooked salmon patties last night and when I came in from shopping today, I didn't notice the fish smell that usually lingers for several days. That's a good thing.

I looked for the salt lamp with the best review in my price range at that moment, and I am not disappointed. I enjoy that there is a dimmer switch, and that I can decide how bright I want the lamp to be, I also feel the basket with the chunks of the salt are a nice touch...the airy feel and warmth flow because it isn't a solid compact piece of salt...feels more energetically intuitive, and my space feels better and more optimized for energetic level healing. (I am a Licensed Massage Therapist :) ). Great product, and it was quick shipping too...package arrive in great condition and the product was packaged as such that there was zero damage during the shipping process. Highly recommend!!!

This lamp is gorgeous!! I got this for my husband after I broke the other (more traditional looking) salt lamp he got as a gift a few years back...We use it as more of a night light than for health reasons but if it is doing something good for us too than great! The crystals are large, heavy and appear to be high quality and come with a certificate of authenticity. The metal part and dimmer are sturdy and well made. Much more modern looking than the traditional salt lamp and makes the room look beautiful at all different levels of the light (can change with dimmer.) Not too bright but the dimmer is a really cool option to have, especially if you're using it more for home decor - but it does get warm enough to heat the crystals for the homeopathic reasons which some people had questions about. I'm probably going to get another one for my yoga room when it's time to redecorate!!
