ABA10 Financial Calculator

Excellent calculator. Need it for my financial management module and so far I haven't come across any formula or equation that it can't calculate. Had to read the owners manual a few times as there are some differences in terms of HOW to calculate certain equations but everything you need to know is in there and can be figured out if you take the time to do so. Overall happy with my purchase.

This is an excellent financial calculator and is virtually the same as the Texas Instruments model but only a quarter of the price

Just recevied this today. Better than expected and does everything as well as more expensive financial calculators that I've used in the past. The plastic casing is light but seems to be sturdy enough to cope with being dropped and you do get a protective front cover. Also a manual to teach you the calculation methods.

I have bought 2 of these calculators within the past 9 months or so and both have now stopped working. I dont know if this is the battery or something else. Poor quality. Very dissatisfied

A nice product with reasonable price

The calculator is comprehensive with all the financial functions most people would need. The instruction booklet is clear and further instructions for more advanced functions can be found using Google.

Screen was cracked in receipt

Horrible absolutely horrible. Calculated everything wrong, total waste of my money

This calculator is a nice deal within a cheap budget. But a great side effect of this cheap rate cause the digit buttons to be weak. I have to press the digit buttons more than twice sometimes, specially at the exam time. It consumed 6-7 mins of my 1 hour finance exam. I had to check digits display in calculator more carefully than my math equations, which is a kind of time killer and embarrassing. But without this problem, this calculator function pretty well. So according to budget, I think it's a fair deal

La calcolatrice in questione, dal punto di vista delle funzionalità e dell’interfaccia è di fatto identica alla Texas Instruments BA II plus (quella “liscia”, non la professional), in pratica utilizza la stessa elettronica. Ha tutte le principali funzioni finanziarie che servono, oltre al classico Tvm può effettuare calcoli su flussi di cassa, titoli, ammortamenti, calcoli commerciali, break even Point, oltre a funzioni statistiche a una o due variabili e le classiche funzioni matematiche di cui è dotata una calcolatrice scientifica di base. Il display è ben leggibile, come anche le serigrafie sui tasti. La qualità costruttiva non è eccelsa, la calcolatrice è di plastica molto leggera e il feedback tastiera non è certo all’altezza delle concorrenti prodotte da HP e Texas, ma nonostante questo la digitazione è comunque precisa, senza incertezze. Il vero plus di questo oggetto è senza dubbio il prezzo, con 17 euro si porta a casa una vera calcolatrice finanziaria, la metà del più economico tra i modelli concorrenti. Forse non è il massimo per un uso professionale, ma mi sento di consigliarla caldamente agli studenti di materie economiche e a chi voglia introdursi all’uso di questi oggetti tecnologici che, ancora oggi, nonostante esistano computer e applicazioni per smartphone che svolgono lo stesso lavoro sono in certi ambiti insostituibili.
