Stop selling the Zinc version
I’ve been ordering this lip balm for years and it’s always been fine, but for my most recent order I was sent the reformulated 2022 version that was made with Zinc. It smells awful, kind of like play-doh, and is thick, dry and chalky- completely impossible to spread on your lips. I believe they changed the formula again back in 2023 and removed the zinc, so I’m not sure why I was sent an old batch.

El olor no está mal, se desliza suavemente en los labios, no tiene mal sabor. El único comentario en contra es que en la foto vienen dos en empaque individual y me llegaron dos por empaque. Es un punto a considerar si se quieren de regalo.
