Great support, worked instantly, others wouldn't
If you have a T-Mobile mvno simm, contact Sooner support and make sure you're getting a T-Mobile mvno unlocked device. Worked instantly and if I accidentally destroy it I can just pop the simm into another old phone.If none of this is of interest to you, just pay 5x more for ripoff new phones on Cadillac plans and pray the FCC fixes this locking mess.

Defective merchandise
THIS ITEM WAS RETURNED receipt attached.This phone was defective,I have repeatly explained what happen I received this A14 defective phone I set my old phone My A03 I was switching next to the A14 hit smart switch on my A03 put my pin in 1024 this defective phone opened up showing QR code My old A03 camera opened I took a picture then on the defective A14 the same pin pad opened up like on my old A03 except it would not take my Pin 1024 which is now and has been my pin for over 20 years which now I have a A15 which works perfectly.When I indicated to Cellmigo the problem after they received the phone back I was told by what I believe was a AI respone because the reply was sorry pin 1024 dose not work , which is the reason I returned the phoneso they would not refund my purchase which is the whole issue and the reason I sent phone back and order a different model A15 my data was never transfered because I could'nt get pass the pin sign on Then I get a message saying it not the same phone which can easily be verified by the IMEI number which is different on every phone. I looked at the refund issued of 1 cent ello,The seller sent you return instructions and a return address through the return request that you raised for this order. Its a SAMSUNG product so should be a proven great device for me and others as well.
HONESTLY I RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT/DEVICE TWO DAYS EARLY WHICH IS UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. GREAT! THAT BEING THE CASE I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED YET BUT WILL LATER-ON. PRODUCT ARRIVED WELL PACKAGED AND SECURE AND I AM VERY PLEASED AT THIS TIME.

I'm very disappointed with these phones.
I'm very disappointed with these phones. They are used, with scratches on the screen and the back, and visible signs of impact. One of them even arrived without a charging cable. I do not recommend them at all and will be returning them.

Total Deception
Terrible. The phone died just six months after purchase and of course too late for the return time window. I took a huge loss with this junker (who I bought for a friend going thru financial hardship). Indeed we live in a cruel and predatorial economy where manufacturers win and consumers lose.
