Excellent tool,bolt is hollow to remove rear wiper arms that have washer nozzle built in,to use on front wipers loosen nut but leave on the thread a couple of turns then brace bolt against top of nut,arms under wiper arm turn bolt with spanner or Allen key and the wiper arm will pop off.
