Do these skins spoil? Should they be refidgeratedor frozen?

Sorry, meant to say no, they don't spoil, at least not as fast as our dog goes through them. We keep them in the zip lock bag or smaller containers and have no problems with them. They do smell fishy, but that should be expected.

I buy these from my local holistic pet shop & they're 0.99 each & 12 inches long. What's the typical length of these cod skins?, thanks.

They are about 12 inches long and the container has about 10 skins. I paid 13.00 for one container in Connecticut.Hope it helps!

How many strips to a 4.7oz container? Approximately.

At least a dozen-easily can make 2-3 good sized treats out of each strip. My dog LOVES them! Very healthy snack. I give them to friends' dogs-everyone raves about them!

There is a list of accepted products by the American Veterinary Dental College that will help clean your dogs teeth but the cod skins are not on the list , you would know by their symbol on the product.
