It comes with a measuring cup. With this strength you take 15 mL ONCE a day on an empty stomach. You have to drink a lot of water, exercise, and eat less to see results. While everything is equally important I would say staying hydrated and eating less is the most important. If you don’t feel well after taking this product you’re not drinking enough water.The lemon lime flavor is good. Will be purchasing again in the future. The entire bottle should last about a month or a little more.This is high dose. You want to check with your doctor if you have any health issues before trying this.

I found great benefit in using this product because it is particularly helpful to the heart but it is apparently sufficiently well absorbed that the psychotropic effects of carnitine supplementation were there as well. My only problem is that I cannot currently purchase more!

The flavor I chose was just too sour, but also, I didn't notice anything. I felt like I was just drinking a chemical of nothing.
