Thunder Group 40 Quart Aluminum Braiser with Lid

Pleasantly surprised to see it arrive two days later. I fricken love this pan!!! I cook for forty on Fridays. This 20QT fits nice on a commercial six burner stove.( see pic). Pan is good and thick, and disperses heat fairly even all around. Depending on your purpose you can cook a nice dish without burning or you can seer / braze with it. Can get extremely hot fast on gas heat. Can fry up 5lbs of home fries fairly quick, and can also cook 15 pounds of ground beef with room to spare. Lid fits nice and tight. Cleans up easily. By far my new favorite pan. Real fun to cook with. Advise seasoning first by rubbing oil inside and cook till starting to smoke.

El producto es de buena calidad , como la descripción pero me llegó con la tapa deforme completamente , pedí el cambio y me llegó sin tapa, así me las quedé .

Esperaba algo de mejor calidad, vale su precio pero no es una oferta como me aparecía. La tapa no corresponde a la calidad de la cacerola

This pan is great! It’s way more heavy duty than other aluminum pans I have. It’s huge. So if you’re using it in a home kitchen, measure your stove. I like it because it covers my entire stovetop, & I can use all 4 burners with it.
