These are very large and hard to swallow. Cannot say about effects as I haven't taken them for long. If you take it empty stomach you will be burping fish oil until the next meal.

Honest review from a Fibromyalgia sufferer
These Omega 3 gels were recommended to my by a fitness professional following my diagnosis of Fibromyalgia.Since taking these some of my symptoms have subsided. My muscle spasms have stopped completely and I am getting less pain in my joints. I highly recommend these.

Exactly what i needed!
I have been looking for fish oil capsules for so long that are within my budget but still contain all the best ingredients and these have done exactly that, without that fishy breath aftertaste too!
Fish Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerin), Vitamin E (DL-Alpha Tocopherol Acetate). Each capsule provides on average 1000mg of Omega 3 Fish Oil providing 180mg of EPA and 120mg of DHA plus 10mg Vitamin E (83%*). *EC Recommended Daily Allowance
Directions
Take one capsule a day. Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
