I purchased the Trespass Waterproof Rain Cover for Backpacks for my teenage son, who plays football and often leaves his school bag on the ground, regardless of the weather conditions! I bought this as we are holidaying in Scotland this year. (I am sure it will rain!) This is going to be use on my camera backpack to save the camera if/when I get caught in the rain. I did test it by running a hose on it to ensure it would repel the rain prior to relying on it when the inevitable happens. The really good news is very good. The water balled off it easily and the material did not retain any water. For reference, my backpack dimensions are 450mm tall, 300mm wide and 200mm deep. The cover fits over it with ease and the drawstring ensures it stays on. It would fit a bigger bag with ease, but not too much bigger if you want it to wrap round. All in all, well worth the money.

This rain cover did a grand job of keeping my photography backpack dry. I was out all day in the rain but camera and bag remained dry. It is easy to take on and off whenever I needed to get into my bag. I have it clipped onto my backpack so Its always with me should the rain start Worth every penny I paid for it and more besides.

I had to send it back as my 66l trespass rucksack was not covered by it despite the packaging saying that it fit 60l to 70l and it being the same brand. I bought size L by the way.

Broke as soon as I tried to use it .

I bought this as an emergency cover for my Osprey Fairview. It fits well, and has withstood against the shower test - but not actual rain! I do worry that it might not fare up against a strong wind as there are no securing straps - but only time will tell.

Purchased this to cover my somewhat large computer backpack and all the electronics I keep in it from the UK rain. I have a bag that holds a 17" laptop and quite a bit of accessories, its SwissGear. While the cover is a bit big for my bag, the drawstring takes care of that. I was able to trim the drawstring so I didn't have lots extra hanging from the cover. It comes with a compression bag for storage and I keep this in my bag all the time now. Very happy with the purchase.
