I just take 2 TBSP of flaxseed a day for my shake and drink it very smoothly. Its good for your heart and good health.It will improve your blood pressure, cleans your colon will have regular bowel movement. You can also make wrap, you can bleeder to make it a meal, then boil water and put your flaxseed meal and add pitch of salt. stir until it become a dough. then mold it in round shape and cook it on non stick pan. I also make a bread. Its really delicious and very healthy. knowing no flour on your bread. you can use the flaxseed on many ways. you just go to youtube for more recipe you can make.

I grind them in a coffee grinder and store them in an 8 ounce air tight container so I can sprinkle a couple tablespoonful on my morning cereal. This is a good six month supply. Delicious and nutritious!

I grind these whole seeds to make flax seed meal, in my blender, does not take long and is cost saving for me. Good flavor, store in the back of the fridge, bring is out and grind up as needed.

First there is a lot for your money, second it tastes great. I mix it in a coffee grinder to put in my morning drink. After I grind it I add Inulin and a bit of green banana powder for soluble fiber, then grind again. This way I don’t have any clumps of fiber in my drink, works great!!! Love it is grown in the USA!!!!!!

I’m on my second container and these are wonderful flaxseeds. They are fresh and taste great. My family eats ground flaxseeds almost every day and I appreciate the bulk size value.

I used to get another mill brand, and was paying twice as much for it without thinking about it. Switched to this when they were out for a while. It has more of robust smell to it, but since it goes into the smoothie, on balance it tastes the same. I just wonder how different a seed can get if you're not doing anything to it. I suppose you could do it badly, but it's not the case here. It's the same, and saves me money doing the same thing.

My first container of the seeds were good and enough for using for 15 mo's. Now I've ordered a second.Use it in baking, a lot for smoothiies, for nuts mix, for taking some meds, since the seeds will create a protective layer in the stomach. This is very good, especially for women after some certain years of living on the Planet:))Usually I mill some amount of the flax seeds and the rest of the container keep at the freezer.I like, that the product is American and organic.Thanks, guys!
