LAB2 CALL ME MR. PERFECT SPONGE APPLICATOR

Firstly, before use, these sponges need a good soak. Then, after a good squeeze, you can use them to apply liquid foundation or concealer to the skin. This stops the sponge from absorbing too much product.The sponges also require a good hygiene routine too - I wash mine out straight after use to avoid any clogging up or bacterial growth.They work brilliantly though, and can even out skin tone better than using fingers or a brush. The pointed edges are particularly good for blending around facial lines and contours.A great applicator overall.

I am a lover of brushes and although I've read about and seen sponges I haven't used one as I just thought they would not be as good as brushes.Yet using this soft sponge I seem to be using less foundation, have a lighter and better finish.I find using this wet is easier and gives me better coverage.I'm amazed!

A sponge that can be used either wet or dry to apply liquid and cream foundation with precision. I found that results were more refined and sheer, which I prefer, when the sponge was used wet.On first glance the sponge looks an odd shape with two pointed ends and a bulbous middle. The tips enable precise application in tricky areas such as around the eyes and the bulbous middle facilitates a more general approach over the cheeks.To use wet, all you have to do is immerse the sponge in water and then wring it out. The sponge expands when wet although it doesn’t appear to double in size as the box stated it would. You then apply foundation (or concealer) direct on the skin before using the sponge to spread it around. Once completed, all you need to do is wash the sponge and leave it to dry.The sponge is soft on the skin and enables sheer but thorough application of foundation without leaving globs around intricate areas. I like it.

I'm not impressed with these sponges. They are more solid than the ones I usually use and I was left with the feeling that I was applying a coat of concrete rather than a little delicate make up.

The product was used and tested by my wife whose comments and feedback were used as the basis for this review.Excellent sponge applicator, very soft and versatile. The odd shape allows for a variety of different type of blending with the tips perfect for precision blending. I prefer a sponge sometimes to a brush and I believe that I have found an excellent one. Definitely reccomend

Lovely quality sponge that fans of makeup should really appreciate. Really well made and has hints on the back to help you get the best from it.

I was very happy wityh this sponge. I have never used a foundation blnder sponge before, so being my first time I was slightly worried that it might leave fine foundation lines. However, all my concerns went away when I used Mr perfect sponge. It is very soft and easy to hold. I loved the pointy tips as they could reach the corner of the eyes and crease of the nose line. The only negative point I could think of would be that it is ever so slightly big for my hand. It keeps slipping out of my grip. Otherwise I am very pleased and gone are the days when I used to use foundation brush. =]

I love this sponge. Let it soak and then squeeze out the excess water and use it for blending and smoothing on foundations, contours and creams. Unlike the other one in this brand, I found this one slightly easier to hold while doing concealer because my hand didn't need to brush against my cheek and rub products off my face. There being two pointed ends means one can be used for concealing and highlighting, and another for blending. It can be used without being wet but it gives a much softer blend more effortlessly when damp. I prefer this sponge for contouring and precise application and the flat edged sponge from this brand for foundation application, these sponges are as good as some of the more pricey alternatives I shan't name. ;)
