Expensive but actually works
It took an hour or so of detail soldering to build the cables. That could be better, but the instrument works great. Users should realize this is industrial control equipment, and not really suitable for home use unless you are handy and engineering inclined. Does not come with couplant, which is needed for functionality. I used water based ultrasound gel, but you should use silicon grease for a permanent installation.

Junk
Bought 2 and installed them in water pump stations. Got set up done. One display died in 3&1/2 months. The other one died at 4 months. The meters power on, the backlight comes on, the displays are just blank. Keys beep when depressed but no visual.

Easy to operate
This liquid flow meter test is very easy to operate and has good test accuracy. It comes with an instruction manual, and you can use it according to the instructions on the instruction manual, of course, this is for novices.
