Great Product
This is a wonderful product. Great sound quality. It is a great alternative to having to wear a headset or earbuds. Works great for virtual meetings and watching online video content. Built-in microphone feature works fabulously.

Easy to use and the USB are great... microphone not so much.
This is a great idea. I needed something quickly to accommodate daily Zoom meetings and I love having the additional USB. I have found the microphone to be unstable.It turns itself on and off, and I can't figure out why. Sound quality is good and the mic quality is good when it's working. Super easy to use, literally, just plug it in. I probably would not buy again and am currently looking at a full docking station that would include a speaker and microphone as well.

I love this item.
I have to attend from 5 to 7 meetings a week and this recording device is awesome. I don't have to ask from copies of the meetings anymore. With the consent of the person in charge, I just have to turn it on and review the information letter with the awesome speakers. This device is must to have, I highly recommend it

SPEAKER/MIC
The speaker is good but the mic doesn't pick up 100%. Also, i can't tell if the buttons are working.

Eh it's ok- UPDATE!
I have this on my work PC and it is not the best. I still use it but the USB ports don't work. The sounds cuts in and out ALL OF THE TIME!! I will replace it at some point for a better quality one but as long as your PC has a speaker it won't mess up your meetings. The mic is good as I have not had anybody say they can't hear me and i do love not having headphones on during a Teams call. UPDATE! The company reached out to me after my review here and offered to replace the item with the newer model. I accepted their offer and they sent a new one already. I have not received it yet but I wanted to update this review to make sure I document the excellent customer service! So if nothing else you will get that with these products!
