Beautiful
Loved that it already had a sticky strip, so I didn’t really need tape. It was very delicate to work with and I had to be extra cautious not to tear any of it.

Falls apart easily
The quality is not the best, pieces of the fringe fall off easily. Too delicate to use. Was not able to use it for the event.

Very fragile and finicky
Very fragile and easily torn. I had to return the other unopened bag. But the one I opened was hardly used as it was very bad. Wish I had read the reviews before buying

NOT 29” long
I ordered these in advance for our floats. They of opened them to decorate and found them to be approximately 12 inches long versus 29 inches as advertised. Terribly disappointing!
