Effective product at a reasonable price.
No bird strikes since installing. Easy to apply & realign if needed. One 3/4” x 20’ roll covered a 27” x 65” French Door (this is the one that the birds typically collided into). The tape, while visible, doesn’t impede the view outside. I supplemented with reflective cling prisms (another Amazon purchase) which also help prevent strikes and cast beautiful rainbows when the sun shines. I’m going to gift several rolls to my bird loving friends and family as stocking stuffers.

9 out of 10 birds agree
9 out of 10 birds agree: it avoids collisions into my picture window. The 10th bird was believed to be a hawk and it flew away. The strips are a nice thickness and don’t rip. They have to be cut. I measured my window and made small marks on the upper and lower frame to line the strips up evenly. I tried using a dry erase marker right on the glass but should have closed the curtains to see them better. LOL I haven’t washed the window yet, so I’m not sure on the cleaning of them. The finished look took some getting used to since they are not invisible. The cost was pricey but since they are stopping the birds and saving lives, it was worth it.

Bird Safety Accomplished & Happy with Product…
Works as Described. Placed on glass June 11 2025. Cleaned glass using squeegee and allowed glass & trim around glass to thoroughly dry. I took my time & placed a piece of 4” cardboard taped to inside window, one on top & bottom of each pane to get the distance & straightness correct. Remeasuring from edge of tape & moving cardboard pieces for each strip. I did the top window pane 1st & this procedure was done again for bottom pane & tape strips lined up perfectly. Easy to put on straight, had to reposition 1 strip slightly; easily done, no difference in sticking from others. I ordered 2-20ft rolls. One double hung window (2 panes of glass; top glass was 1” shorter than bottom pane, don’t cut all strips for both panes at once🫤), used 1 roll & cut 2-32” strips off 2nd roll. I made each strip 1/2” longer & was able to pull vinyl edge at bottom of glass slightly out to slide down into it. I measured from each outer edge of glass pane 4”, 3 strips on each side, allowing center where birds hit the most frequent, 2” apart. Looking between strips was a “taught technique” to watch birds but does not really interfere once learning how to adjust. No Hits since placing…Bird Safety Accomplished! Home surrounded by 4 feeders in yard- tons of birds Will see how well they hold up after a normal cold & snowy winter. Claim last 10 yrs. If they hold up 5 yrs with our weather, I’ll feel price & My application time was worth it. 1st 2 pictures are from Inside, last 3-Outside.

Most of the birds are hitting the brakes.
Tape performs as advertised for reducing (not eliminating) bird strikes. Installed a small sun room this summer. Numerous windows with 2 bird feeders nearby. There is the reflection of a large tree in the window glass. Prior to install we were getting 4-5 known strikes per day (some quite hard). Occasionally found dead birds nearby. Applied the tape a couple days prior to our first cold snap. Bird population at feeders has tripled due to cold weather. Bird strikes now averaging 1-2 per day with no dead birds. So far, none of the loud, hard window collisions. Pros: It works (or at least helps). Tape is thick with good adhesive. If installed carefully, it's not unattractive when viewed from the outside. Cons: Pricey for what it is. Tricky to install if you want the long strips straight and evenly spaced. Looks like Scotch tape on the windows when viewed from the inside. Remains to be seen if it lasts anywhere near the "rated for 10 years" as they advertise.

Protect birds!
Easy to apply. The tape can be seen on the window but the view is not obtrusive. Some people may be bothered by the view, but the trade off for protecting the birds is worth it to me. There have not been any bird strikes to the window since the tape was installed.

Buy UV decals, not this
I had UV decals up for years with virtually no strikes. I was worried due to it being migration that the UV coating was wearing, so I bought this tape. I applied it vertically 2in apart across my entire glass door, going through five rolls of this tape. In two days I’ve have three window strikes- more than I’ve had in the last two years. This stuff does not work, total waste of money. I’ll be pulling it all down and buying new UV decals to replace it. I’ll never buy non-UV decals again.

Birds definitely see it
Works great for my needs. I have a bird feeder and after finding a dead sparrow in the flower bed between it and a window, I knew just having the blinds down (as pictured) wasn't enough to prevent window strikes. Since putting this tape up I've watched multiple birds actively avoid the window. Not a single strike since that I'm aware of. Application was easy and forgiving for repositioning. I'm glad the clear version exists since I needed it for the front of the house and the white version wouldn't look the best. I do agree that it's not a lot of tape on one roll; I used almost the whole thing for a relatively regular sized window.

Quality Product - Good customer support
Easy to install. The tape is visible but not noticeable. Adheres well. Installed in May in U.S., Zone 8b. True test will be in fall and early spring when the birds are migrating. So far - no bird strikes. Have been researching products to prevent bird strikes on a row of windows for several months - customer service reached out twice to see if they could help.

Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! Leichtes anbringen und sehr effektiv gegen Vogelschlag!

It's worth pointing out a few things - first, this needs to go on the outside of the window, bear that in mind. Second, it's not invisible, not even close. Third, you don't need to buy loads of this and space it a few inches apart like it recommends, we've put our lines about a foot apart and it has completely eliminated birds flying into the window. The tape has held up, even with regular window washjng, with no sign of peeling, even after a year

I've been trying to come up with a solution for bird collisions but this isn't it. I'm sure it's effective I just don't like the aesthetic. Even measuring and being careful it's impossible to get these perfectly straight so if it's a room you use a lot you'll see it every time you look out. It also gives the impression of bars on the window more than I'd hoped it would which changes the ambiance of the room. If it's for shed windows or somewhere you don't spend a lot of time then it's probably fine but I can't stand how it looks.
