I'm a liquorice fan and, if you are too, this is well worth a try. Strongly flavoured and that flavour lasts until your toffee has disappeared. Be careful though of giving a piece to a small child (or to anyone else who has difficulty swallowing) - it breaks into shards which are sharp so isn't really suitable for children unless they're supervised (a cup of very warm drink on hand would help if a piece got stuck on the way down). When it's softened slightly it's deliciously chewable.Amazon invites you to rate how giftable the toffee is. I'd say not particularly high, unless you're giving to a liquorice addict. It comes shrink wrapped and the individual bars are wrapped in very thin celophane. The metal tray it all comes in will come in handy for making my own sweets but wouldn't add much for someone who's not a cook.Still, I'll be coming back for more when this lot is done. At the current price, it's not to be missed!

Nice flavour, but it is a bit hard at the start and very chewy so watch your fillings.
