These lights were easy to install and work great! I like the night light feature and that fact that they are dimmable and the color hue can be changed to match the location. Would recommend buying as of now. Lets see how long they last.

SUMMARY: Really cool light, that doubles for higher ambience. Wholeheartedly recommend. PROS: Good light output and color in primary mode. Really nice color and output in secondary "ring light" mode. Both light modes work on a dimmer, so you can go from full bright in primary mode to super dim and warm in secondary, or anywhere in-between. CONS: None really. You do have to take your time between switching the modes, but not a lot. DETAILS: Got these used, but the idea seemed cool. Boy am I glad I did. These things are AWESOME! The first function is the primary down-light, which is plenty bright and is dimmable. Switch off then on again, you get the much warmer light just around the ring of the light that is more indirect (and dimmable). We've had fun playing with the different settings, and no matter if it's early morning, late night, or mid-day we can always find the right combination of light output and light color. (FYI, the ring light is really only good for use when it's dark outside). I'm in love with the ring light specifically, as it makes my living room look like a fancy movie theater. It also works really well as a night-light when dimmed, as it can be turned down to a 'just enough to see where you're going' brightness and not wake you up in the middle of the night.

These lights are fantastic. I love that you can configure the color temperature and that they are dimmable. Especially considering how bright they are... But I love the halo effect. The installation was pretty easy once I figured out the light cans that were already in my ceiling. It ended up taking me about 15 minutes per light to replace. The installation was simple and they give you everything you could need. Now I just need a dimmer switch to control the brightness.

My husband ordered these lights for a remodeling we are doing in our home. We ordered 6in and 3 In. 6" are a perfect size, 3" were exceptionally small so I don't knoww.... Anyways, the installation is a piece of cake, and they give you a cut out to mark the circle on the ceiling for cutting, very thoughtful. You can pick the brightness and shade based on your liking. These look great, and dim seamlessly, the night ring fire feature is luxurious. We feel like very bougie using it... We ordered 3 boxes, 2 of which read 2700 as the starting number but one read 2500 as the starting number. We didn't think much of it and installed them all. Now the night feature turns on when you turn the daylight off and wait 2-3 sec and turn them on again, BUT 2500-2700 DO NOT have the same setting. So on our ceiling of 6 lights if 2 were 2700 after turning them on again they stayed on their daylight mode, so now out of 6 2 or 1 would not match the other. It's a bit annoying. We have to turn them all off and wait 5 sec to turn them on again and now we sort of avoid night feature, which is a shame...

Amico makes great quality. I have used their lights many times and easy to install. Fit nice with a 6 inch hole saw. You can set an ambience in the room. The halo part has a nice glow. During movies

Repurchased the 12 pack for a major remodel and will purchase more. We used a drywall cutter attachment and a laser level to line these up. Overall, these lights are plug and play. You don't need hardware like traditional canned lights. Once wired, they literally clamp onto the drywall and they're very light. We didn't change light switches, we just flip them on, off, and on again to change between regular and nightlight modes. So far we're using them in kitchen, hallway, and office/craft room (pictured). The lights are VERY bright but we still installed more because of the room divider and what we're using the space for. Kitchen photos you can see connection before drywall was replaced.
