This Power Supply / charger is a good compliment for appropriate laptops. In my case, it replaced the original charger of my laptop which for years was running quite hot to touch. Eventually it broke (I believe due to overheat fatigue). This new adapter has exactly the same output voltage and amp rating with the original and is slightly smaller in size and a little lighter. The amazing thing is that it barely gets warm, not even lukewarm, after hours of laptop operation. The only negative, is that the power cable has a 2-wire figure 8 connector (no earth wire), instead of the typical triangular 3-wire connector, normally used in laptops.

Far cheaper than original OEM charger, and just as good
I purchased a second hand Intel NUC off eBay, but it didn't come with the charger. The OEM version of the charger was almost more expnsive than the NUC, but this charger is very reasonably priced and seems to work perfectly with no power spike or drops - just solid.Would recommend.
