Fresh & tasty Brilliant quality Felt good throughout the 3 day juice detox. I didn’t get energy slumps, my mood remained constant and I felt great afterwards. Will do the 5 days next time.

Most are nice flavours and all drinkable. Haven’t really felt hungry on these really (only in the evening for short period) managed nothing else (except water) and 2 small coffees on day 2 as I was having headaches from caffeine withdrawals. I suffer from extremely bloated stomach and daily stomach craps due to possible food allergies but I’ve not had any pain what so ever since having these drinks. Would do again but may try the soups as the drinks get a bit boring.

Never again very watery and too sweet, no veggie juice not so nutritious and I dif not realise it is over a thousand calories, I didn't check because I believed these would be good nutrition and more balanced not all sweet! A water fast is healthier. Ending with consuming actual veggies and fruit, then getting some good protein, fats and some wholemeal carbs to actually eat and enjoy! The raising of blood sugar on an empty stomach led to me feeling hungry and I found it difficult to stick and felt hangry and lousy. Fact is you can barely lose a pound of fat in three days! - There is nothing great about these fructose filled firbreless watery juices you can buy larger bottles of the same in the supermarket and drink those they will have longer shelf life not be all sticky and you can choose better ingredients less sugar... Buy beetroot juice, carrot choose a green juice not full of apple juice. Waste of money, there are healthier ways to nourish your body and tastier ways to lose weight. I expected carrot juice, greens not minimal amounts mixed with apple juice and pear juice all watered down ...with little of the real good stuff! Never Again. Sticky bottles that leaked. Caused condensation in the fridge and you have to freeze them! Grateful to Amazon that I paid less than the Nutriseed website because, that is a total rip off. If you consume alcohol I'd forget these for health and use them with a little vodka or whisky with citrusy juice and enjoy as a cocktail. I would rather by large bottles of supermarket cold pressed juice than havec to freeze these and wait 24 hours! Or buy a juicer and make actual healthy fresh juice and put more of the good stuff in it.

My box turned up for my 5 day juice cleanse and it had leaked everywhere as some bottle tops were damaged. I messaged them and they sent out replacements for the ones that had leaked which got sent out within two days. So I managed to stretch my cleanse out for 7 days instead. Didn’t enjoy the taste but I just downed them and you get used to them after a few days. I lost a total of 10 1/4lb and I felt amazing after. Everyone noticed the difference. Will definitely be doing this again!

Some of them had leaked so didn’t managed to get the full experience which was abit gutting. They tasted nice but I didn’t loose any weight. Maybe will try again another time.

The taste and selection are both good, but some of the bottles arrived with their caps loose and a bit of the contents had leaked. I kept the drinks in the fridge, but after about three days they’d all gone off and were no longer drinkable. I really regret buying a week’s supply…

I really enjoyed these. I did a 5 day detox and Although I got hungry day 1&2, by day 3 I wasn't even reaching for the juice had good energy throughout but I think going forward I might the 5:2 diet as 5 days felt too long this time round.

My wife enjoyed this diet method for a while. Some juices are less tasty but most ok and they do work
