What material is the hammock made of?

The main fabric is 100% parachtue nylon.The net is made of 100 percent polyester.They are all-weather fabrics that are wear-resistant.The arch pole is made of steel wire, very bending-resistant and non-deformed.

Does the net stand all by itself, so without need to tie any strings to it?

Yes.Absolutely no need to tie any strings to the net.

Are the arch poles stiff and make storage more difficult?

Is it possible to remove the net?

Not complete. One long side is sewn down. But you can also completely open the zipper at the head and foot end along the bows, so that the net can then hang down on the sewn side.

Can I put bags inside it when its up?

The 'main' bag is actually the sack that hammock is stored in when packed away.If you close netting the bag is outside and you can't reach it without unzipping net. However,there is a small bag inside for phone, torch etc.
