I drink this every month when I get my monthly and it slows everything down I dont get the cramps or they heaviness like I normally would.It tastes great and is good hot or cold. I highly recommend it to all females.

Ladies, if you have horrible period cramps like me then you need to give this tea a try. I found a video on Tik Tok of a girl talking about ways to help period cramps and she mentioned raspberry tea. Honestly, I was skeptical. How is a tea going to help my cramps....A little back story, I decided to take a break from birth control. Doing so brought back my really really really bad cramps. We are talking about gagging, nausea, cramping, bloating, etc. I drink this tea the first few days of my cycle and really alleviated the pain. My most recent period was surprisingly easy to get through - almost no cramping. The taste is not my favorite, but I will easily look past it because of how much it helps me. Will continue to repurchase.

I agree with some of reviews, it does not have a great taste but at the same time I hate herbal teas. The reason why I got this is because I heard a lot of great things about raspberry leaf and its benefits. I really don’t like the taste of it so I mask it by steeping it with fruit tea (wild berry zinger, raspberry zinger, but y’all can use any fruit tea) & it does improve the taste. I guess it does help with the female system. I drank it last month when AF came for a visit; did not experience much change other than pain relief but this month AF went a little easier on me and it lasted 5 days rather than 6. Cramping was tolerable and instead of going more than 35 days this cycle it came at 29 days. I am not sure if it had to do with this tea since I don’t drink it every day, but I’m assuming it does help. We’ll see how my next cycle goes.

This product has very little smell, steeps to a beautiful pinkish- red color and does not need an addition of honey or lemon to drink.

Taste good with or without sugar added.

This is good, helpful tea. While there is pretty much no taste, I’m not allergic to it or anything, which is a good thing. I prepare a large mug in the morning and sip it throughout the day, finishing it off in the evening. I had menorrhagia last month, and looked into this tea with the great reviews and decided to give it a try. Well, it cleared my skin and also supports with this month’s menstruation, which came. Yay. I hope this info is helpful to someone trying to decide about this tea. I recommend.

Before receiving the tea I was so excited to receive it!! I heard this tea helps with menstrual cramps as I suffer from them every month. Recently I drank the tea a few days before my monthly and I didn’t feel a difference, in fact it felt worse! however, I’m going to try to drink this tea 2 weeks before my monthly hits again to see if it does anything differently.
