With a baby almost here, my wife and I have been making our home more "Smart" - including getting baby monitors, air quality monitors, and now cameras.We had good luck with a Netatmo Air Quality Monitor, so we splurged a bit and picked up a couple of their outdoor cameras as well. We like that they don't charge monthly fees to use, and that we could use the same app for everything.They all came pretty quickly, and well packaged. Assembly wasn't terribly difficult (Mounting to the walls of my home, and then connecting (3) wires)You have to download an APP on your phone to view, but it's overall pretty easy to do. The hardest part is mounting the Camera, and that wasn't very difficult.I like how the cameras have a light, so they could replace my front & back porch lights, making installation easier. They have "Night vision" as well.The cameras will even record the video (onto an SD card) in case you need to keep a backup, while on vacation, or away from home for a while.My wife & I are overall pretty pleased with the Netatmo cameras. They relieve some of her stress, knowing we can check outside; without going outside.Thanks!

This spotlight camera works amazingly well with the HomeKit Secure Video platform. Very easy to set up and the spotlight is surprisingly bright. For those who are HomeKit homes, this is a must have.

This camera is heavy and made of high quality components. Perfect for my outdoor security needs.

I purchased the Netatmo Smart Outdoor Security Camera with 105-dB Siren to monitor my home. Installing the camera was easy and no different from any other hardwired light fixture. I loved how Netamo added the wiring block to ease the wire connections (see images). I set my camera up to replace a light fixture in the soffits near my roof. As a result, I hung it essentially upside down. Don't worry; within the Netamo security app, you can easily have the image flipped over to show the correct orientation. Setting up the device was also easy; the camera found my wifi and connected without issue. The camera needs to be updated once connected. When I noticed it was updating, I gave it about an hour and then returned to finish setting it up; I also added it to my Apple Homekit. These are very smart cameras. It detects animals, humans, and cars; the app allows you to choose which to get notifications on and a zone in which to receive notifications. Overall, I am very impressed that the camera is attractive, easy to set and use, and well-made.

Thrilled with my purchase. Recently bought a home and I immediately sought out home security cameras to always keep an eye at home. What sold me on Netatmo was no subscription fees as I’m on a budget post down payment. I was a little daunted by the set up prior to starting but Netatmo provided ample instructions (video, written, etc). I’m the most tech savvy person but personally had no issue getting it set up. App works great and I feel absolutely secure with my new home. If you are looking to cut down on subscriptions, I would highly recommend. Great buy!
