I get quite clammy hands and this tape holds up on my thumbs for 2 hour oly lifting sessions a lot better than most other companies I’ve tried, but for the price it’s at I think it’s one of the best

A must have for anyone olympic lifting with hook grip. Nice design / colours, and great quality, will stay on even through the longest of workouts.

Great tape for lifting. I bought it to protect my hands a little more when on the bar doing gymnastics movements at CrossFit. The tape isn’t the stickiest, and doesn’t last long when taped across your hand. Much better suited for finger tape, zero issues in performance there. I also really like the colours!
