I periodically have to undergo, shall we put it politely, a somewhat invasive inspection, following a surgery 18 moths ago, part of my preparation for this is taking a GP prescribed medication to mildly sedate me prior to the appointment. The medication is in one of the families of substances indicated by this test product (and listed directly by name as detectable in the rather detailed instruction/information sheet supplied). Occurring every couple of months, the last being only last week, I take the medication and then have to avoid driving for a period of time, generally I would allow a very safe margin before I would get behind the wheel again. Although I know the drug is quickly metabolised one can never be sure. I used this test when it arrived and the test gave a negative result. Admittedly some days have passed but why guess when you can test? The test was easy to use and like all things following the instructions is a rather obvious thing to say but essential to do. I now know that I have below the detectable level of substance in my system and while I would still make a separate judgement on my fitness to drive (there are other factors post procedure) It is informative that I can know with some certainty the presence or lack of presence of the medication when making my considerations. The shelf life of the product is 18 months from the date of receipt in my case so the remaining 4 tests will all be used on similar occasions. I feel that at the price point I will continue to put my mind at rest by getting more of these items. On a final note, there would be no reason why any of the other tests in the array should show a +ve and indeed they didn't.

I got these tests moreso out of curiosity than anything, and took them along with me to a country where certain substances were legal. I was pleased to see I had about 16 months of shelf life on these, which is nice if you only need them rarely. When testing them for the advertised purpose, the results I expected to show as positive were indeed showing correctly, and the rest were negative. This tells me the tests appear accurate in terms of detecting the substances advertised. In terms of sensitivity, this is not something I'm able to accurately test, but they do the job for a simple at-home testing solution!

A difficult item to review unless you have partaken in the use of the drugs tested-for in their use (doesn;t apply to me!) but tested for negative results on myself and a couple of friends for review's sake. In terms of showing clear negative results, I can't fault the item and they have worked as described. Simple to use and good value, I'm happy with them.

Pretty hard to review these properly without consuming illegal drugs. Which we haven't. So here's the half of the review saying that they work perfectly well in showing true negatives. You'll have to wait for someone else to say whether they show true positives.

Between myself and immediate family members with prescriptions, I managed to test for THC, opiates and amphetamine and can confirm these were accurately detected. The tests are very easy to use and come with clear instructions.

Well for obvious reasons one could not test these for illegal drugs especially at my age. However, the tests were performed on myself and a friend and all showed no positive results which was correct. As for use they could not be simpler. Clean(ish) to use quick and giving a clear visible result

All i will say is, if you have a use for these, they do work and work well. Nothing more to add other than the shelf life of my pack was 18 months which is great for products like this. Highly recommended!

Definitely works, easy to use and is pretty accurate from what I can tell.

Die Drogentest der Marke Accudoctor kamen gut verpackt und vollständig an. Inhalt : 5 Drogentests für 10 verschiedene Substanzen: Tetrahidrocannabinol Cannabis, Amphetamin, Methamphetamin, Kokain, Barbitúricos, Metadon, Phencyclidin, Benzodiazepinas und Opiate. Die Drogentests sind einzeln in versiegelten Beuteln eingepackt. Sie lassen sich einfach aufreißen. Eine Bedienungsanleitung in 5 verschiedenen Sprachen ist vorhanden. (Auch in Deutsch) Bedienung: Schritt 1: in ein steriles Gefäß urinieren. Schritt 2: Drogentest aus der Verpackung nehmen. Schritt 3: kappe vom Test entfernen. Schritt 4: alle 5 Teststäbchen ein paar Sekunden in das Gefäß mit Urin halten. Danach die Kappe wieder anbringen und gerade hinlegen. Schritt 5 : Abwarten, ob Positiv oder Negativ. Die Test haben 2 Zeichen. Kontrollzone („C“) Testzone („T“) Kommen 2 rote Striche ist euer Test - negative. Ist ein Zeichen bei + (C) heißt er Positiv. Ist kein Strich erkennbar oder der Strich nur bei (T), ist er ungültig. Ich habe den Test ausprobiert. Natürlich alles negativ. Ob er jetzt erkennbar ist bei Substanzen, kann ich leider nicht einschätzen, da ich nichts konsumiere. Bin öfters bei Freunden, die Cannabis konsumieren und wollte mal wissen, ob nur durch das einatmen der Luft mein Test positiv ausfällt. Dem war aber nicht so. Fazit : Drogentest zum Selbsttesten. Die Drogentest werden auch in Kliniken eingesetzt. Denke die werden auch bei positiven Ergebnissen richtig funktionieren. Preis/Leistung ist gut.

Zunächst: Leider hat mich dieser Test nicht überzeugt. Er zeigt zwar Stoffe, die ich (legal, da Medikation) zu mir nehme richtig-positiv an, aber eben auch einen Stoff, den ich nicht kenne und natürlich auch noch nie zu mir nahm.❌ . Das Set beinhaltet 5 einzelne Testkassetten. Diese sind Luftdicht und vor Flüssigkeit geschützt verpackt..✅ Die Anleitung ist einfach zu verstehen.✅ Die Testung ist somit auch einfach durchzuführen: - Testkassette auf Raumtemperatur bringen (15-30 Grad Celsius) - Testkassette auspacken - Mittelstrahlurin in einen Behälter tun - Schutzkappe des Tests abmachen - Unteren Teil (Wellenlinien, Pfeile) bis zu den Wellenlinien in den Urin eintauchen (10-15 Sekunden) - Testkassette auf flacher Ebene platzieren - Nach 5 Minuten, höchstens 10 Minuten ablesen Da ich aufgrund mehrerer Erkrankungen seit einiger Zeit Stoffe vom Arzt bekomme, durch die ein Drogentest positiv ausfallen kann, wollte ich gerne überprüfen, ob dies der Fall ist. Bei meinem ersten Versuch, wurde alles negativ angezeigt, was ich mir dadurch erklären kann, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht genügend Konzentration der Stoffe vorhanden war. Deshalb habe ich den Test morgens gemacht und siehe da: Die Stoffe, die ich als Medikation bekomme, waren tatsächlich positiv. Die Handhabung ist ziemlich einfach, man pinkelt in ein Behältnis, packt den Test aus, zieht die Schutzkappe runter und taucht den Test für mindestens 10-15 Sekunden mit dem Pfeil in Richtung Urinprobe. Man sollte den Test nur bis mindestens bis zur Höhe der Wellenlinien eintauchen und nicht über den Pfeil! (Steht aber alles in der Gebrauchsanweisung) Anschließend legt man die Testkassette auf eine flache Oberfläche und wartet mindestens 5 Minuten ab bis das Ergebnis in Form von Streifen sichtbar wird. Bei mir hat alles so funktioniert wie beschrieben und auch das Ergebnis war korrekt. Ich kann diesen Test also ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Preis-Leistung ist Top 👌
