Looks fantastic
Really nice looking knife with a full tang polished blade. Real wood handle. It came sharp out of the box. Decent weight and Ergonomic handle that fits the hand very well. Blade design is great for a multitude of uses. Scabbard is well matched to knife. I have not needed to sharpen yet, so I don't have an opinion of the cast metal, if it's as good as a forged blade. It doesn't feel soft or brittle. Will follow up if any issues sharpening or holding an edge.

Beautiful, functional, very sharp blade
I think this represents a fantastic value at the $40 price point. VERY sharp blade, feels good in the hand and the cross guard is perfectly designed to prevent your hand from sliding onto the blade when thrusting while still allowing your thumb access to the back of the blade for fine cutting. I find the shape of the blade very aesthetically pleasing, the handle highlights too, and with the sheath they are a handsome combo. Fit for display or hunting, comes in a nice giftable box

Seems solid. Great value.
For the price, this decorative knife seems to be a great value. I have not used it yet, except for some test chopping some firewood. It has some heft to it and the blade is solid. Both the sheath and knife are beautifully done. I am not a knife expert but the metal on the outside of the handle does not seem to be the blade tang. So I question whether this can be considered "full tang". Also the blade seems to be slightly out of alignment to the handle. I am not sure if will affect the usability of the knife. It is hard to expect perfection at this price point. I plan to use this knife "car" camping and "Battoning" firewood; as a replacement to my Gerber "Bear Grylls Ultimate Pro" knife, as I don't use the extra accessories. I am hopeful that this knife is up to the task. I may update this review if this knife fails after some use. But for now it seems a good knife.
