I like how it fits over my hips. Very comfortable while working out. Holds round handle kettle balls or dumbells without sliding around.

As a frequent gym go-er, I have never been a fan of the assembly that is tied into hip thrusts. It’s a workout just to get the plates on the barbell! For awhile there I was just using a dumbbell to achieve the desired exercise which was wildly uncomfortable. This product allows you to accomplish the lift comfortably while still increasing weight. I have tried up to 45s on each side and it remains durible. Definitely a staple in the gym world.

Ok, would be better if weights was more secured on each side

Awesome great alternative for doing traditional squats

I love this thing!!! I’ve used it multiple times and can’t get over how easy it is to use. The velcro is strong enough to hold the weight but easy to take on and off. I’ve only used this in my house so far but will definitely be taking it to the gym in place of the machines. I love doing hip thrusts and even squats with it!!
