Stainless Steel Hinge with Satin Stainless Steel finish and Stainless Steel Pin. Full Mortise, Residential Weight (.085" thick) 4.0" high x 4.0" wide, 1 leaf Square Corners x 1 leaf 5/8" Radius Corners. Ball Bearing 5 Knuckle Hinge is Non Ferrous, Reversible and hinge pin is removable. Screw holes are Staggered or W pattern (see Application Guide below for exact screw hole locations). Includes Stainless Steel wood screws (3/4" x #9 FHWS). Non-Removable Pin (NRP) for Medium Security Feature: The Non-Removable pin has a small set screw in the body of the barrel. This set screw is tightened down against the pin. The pin has a groove in the position where the set screw makes contact, allowing the set screw to seat. The set screw is positioned so it cannot be reached unless the door is opened. If pin removal is necessary, the set screw is merely removed and the pin tapped from the bottom in the usual manner. 3/32" Allen Wrench required for set screw, not included. Hager residential hinges are provided without lubrication. Hager recommends lubricating the hinges during/after installation (lithium grease suggested). ANSI A5114 Made in China
