I tried so hard to get into my old laptop but couldn't remember the password for nearly 6 years. I gave up time and time again and thought I'd be locked out forever because I also don't have the same phone number on my Microsoft account to reset the password that way. This disc worked perfectly and easily once you read the instructions and took your time to configure it. After all this time I was able to reset the password and now have access to all the photos I couldn't get anywhere else, most importantly the ones with my lost loved ones. Thank you a million times over! This made my Christmas!!

WORKED and was easy instructions were a little too short but yeah put it in, press the button, change any passwords and presto restart and its done. THANK GOODNESSD.

I guess it worked. I mean I was able to get into the computer. The thing is, I don't know how I did it. It just seems to have worked on its own. I learned nothing. Which is probably best since I'm old and I wouldn't remember it anyway. At first the disc didn't seem to want to do anything. Had to restart several times. Walked away from it for a bit and when I came back to check, it had worked.

This disc would not open in Windows Vista that I lost my password to. So I put it in my Windows 10 PC and tried to open it, but nothing. I clicked on properties and it said it was blank.

Years of shopping on Amazon this is the one product I wish I can give more stars to. Marvelous!! I thought all the files from a decade ago were lost, but I got it to unlock the PC in under 20 minutes. Some fake hacker was trying to charge me $150. Geek squad would likely have charged the same. The instructions weren't exact for my pc, but it was easy enough that I figured it out by accident. I love it!

A dear friend passed away, and willed her laptop to me. Sad me. But I didn’t know the password and couldn’t find it anywhere. Enter this disk. Happy me! I booted to the disc and it guided me easily through the process. It was fast and easily accomplished, even for an “older lady” like me. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time!
