Very disappointed
I was expecting something better than what I received. It barely worked and the instructions provided on what the buttons and levels meant was very lacking. Much of it is self explanatory but, what each level did wasn't included. All I felt was a very mild tingle when used and it shut down very often and I ended up having to start over multiple times over the session.

Cheap product
Flimsy material, 1 side of the apparatus would not provide electrical stimulation to muscles (1/2 of abdomen doing all the flexing), gel pads are worthless, no stick. Incredibly disappointed.

It was fine at first, but the strength went down after each use and after a few weeks, I could barely feel it. It's not worth the money.

The pass don't even stick, even if your sitting still. Plus there are no instructions to the pulse or program settings, save your money.
