Sturdy and good quality desk that looks great!

I had a huge desk in a small room. It needed to go! This fits perfectly. I chose not to put the little hutch portion on just because I didn't need the little cubbies. Yes there are 4 small holes where it should be, but the can't be seen and I'm perfectly fine with that. The instructions were not the best and it took about 3 hours to assemble. Perfect for me and well worth the money.

Mixed reviews here. Loved the design, just what I wanted, width of 48” was perfect. The drawer bottoms leave much to be desired. Very cheap material, prob. cardboard. Had to reinforce myself. Pieces went together well, manufactured wood will not withstand heavy use but gently used will do ok.

The quality of the materials is great. There were no directions to assemble the deal inside the box. I went to Amazon and clicked on Safeway and a message popped up asking if I had a problem. I said I didn’t receive directions for assembly. Within 4 hours I had the directions in my email. Great customer service for a great product.

This desk is not worth the money paided for it, it shouldn't be sold on Amazon, it shouldn't be sold anywhere.Don't get me wrong this is a beautiful desk, but the material quality is and engineering used to build it is awful.I hadn't even finished putting it together when the desk drawers tore and ripped a large chunk of the material out. It did that on two of the drawers. And now today, not even 24 hours since I completed the build I wanted to move it a few inches away from the wall and the back right leg came off. The leg never attached to the cams that are supposed to secure it. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole desk falls apart soon! This desk is a big heavy piece of crap!**Note**The picture of the gap between the leg and the body of the desk is after I pushed it back together. I wasn't even able to get the leg completely back in.

I looked for a desk for so long and this one has not disappointed. I wanted drawers and I got them! My last desk was a "computer desk" and the only drawer in it had a pull open face so it would accommodate a keyboard, which is useless to me. So when I saw this called a computer desk I was wary. The drawers are all drawers, and there is a large space for cords from the back through the top, which is much more handy and what I was looking for. Aside from design, the desk is well made and easy to put together, arrived well packaged (although it was heavy) and on time. Can't say enough about it, I love it.
