Promix Debloat

Decided to try it as I’ve had some gut issues, below is how it’s going so far. Have tried other products in the past that left me spending a lot of unpleasant time in the restroom. Have not had that experience with this yet! Day 1. Made me a bit bloated but it made me very regular in the restroom. Not in a bad way, felt like it was “cleaning the pipes”. Day 2. Much less bloated, still very regular. Day 3. Lost most of my bloating, feels like my body is working as it’s supposed to, don’t feel as sensitive to dairy, haven’t felt any stomach issues since I started. Day 4. (And beyond) Feeling great. No stomach issues, keeps me regular and feels like I process everything well. It is not a miracle thing, it won’t fix poor diet or anything like that but it does help a lot with keeping your gut happy. I would recommend to at least try it, I will continue to order it. Tastes great, mixes very easily, feels like you’re just having a glass of orange juice (or something similar) every morning. If anything changes, I’ll edit the review. For now, I highly recommend. These things take time though, i won’t really know until week 2+ in regards to energy boost and other benefits.

Update: white peach is the best flavor. It reminds me of the white peach grape juice I liked as a kid. The packages are also the easiest to rip open. The other two flavors I had to cut with scissors. Small thing but just a note. When I initially tried the promix debloat, I didn't know how to feel. The first day I felt so good. The second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth, my stomach was in pain. After the sixth day, I felt nothing. I haven't felt any amazingly, supernatural effects. But I think it's done enough that I have re-purchased instead of traditional probiotics. I've had regularity issues on those, whereas with this mix I haven't noticed it as prominently. I'm not sure how much it has helped with bloating. I think it's been helpful? but at the same time I can't say its been a crazy game changer. I think for generally healthy people it probably won't have as great of an effect as people who might need more of an assist. Overall, I like the product. I've tried the florida orange and the mango, both are extremely sweet and it's been hard to get down first thing in the morning. Both have - imo - the unnecessary addition of monk fruit. I think the orange is slightly less sweet than the mango. I do want to try the peach, though I'm afraid that will be even sweeter.

Great company! i just started using all these and so far im loving them all! The debloat mix tastes amazing and so far has been working wonders if you know what I mean 😹 It took long to dissolve though and still left a bit of powder at the base of my cup but I was using a smaller cup so it might just have been my fault! great texture and taste!

Have this right when I wake up to regulate my digestive system and help things along before I get my workout in.

These are good and taste like orange juice except for the aftertaste. I just can’t stand monk fruit, sucralose, or stevia sweeteners. They just leave a weird flavor at the end. If they offered a version with honey, cane sugar, or coconut sugar, I’d raise the stars. Otherwise, these initially taste good and seemed to help with bloat.

This product works great! Great addition to my routine

First product I’ve used where I can actually notice the de-bloating effect. I drink it everyday if I can since you generally have to in order to see results. Only complaint is the powder takes some time to mix if you’re using a straw or spoon. I mix with a straw and add some ice to help out but it still takes a seconds. Chunks of the powder are always at the bottom of the glass when I’m finished, but I can normally save it by adding more water. Taste and smell of the mango is great. Results are worth the money but only if you’re willing to drink it practically everyday.
