I need to strengthen my grip to improve my disc golf throws. I tried several different products before setting on this one. It was worked out very well. The egg-shape works much better for me than round balls. The egg shape allows me to get good resistance on all fingers and my thumb.

Mom has neuropathy and needed these to help retain her hand & finger strength. Everyday whilst watching her Soaps she is doing her therapy she loves them. This makes me happy!

Insufficient difference between firmness of balls.

I got them and they are pretty cute. However, they each feel like the same in the squeeze test. They are sticky and feel like they’ll fall apart easily. I have to hide them from my dogs because they would have them in pieces in no time. I kept them because they’re useful for hand exercises and stress relief.
